Yes, absolutely! Our design consultation is completely free with no obligation. We'll visit your home, take measurements, discuss your style preferences, and provide expert recommendations—all at no cost. We believe in helping you make informed decisions before you invest in your window treatments.

How long does the entire process take from consultation to installation?

Typically 2-4 weeks total. The consultation happens within a week of booking. After you approve the design, custom treatments take 1-3 weeks to manufacture. Installation is then scheduled at your convenience. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and can often accommodate rush orders when needed.

Can you help me choose between different types of window treatments?

Absolutely! We'll explain the pros and cons of blinds vs. shades vs. shutters vs. draperies for your specific windows, lighting needs, and lifestyle. We consider factors like light control, privacy, energy efficiency, maintenance, and aesthetics to recommend the perfect solution.

Do you offer financing?

We do not offer financing at this time. However, we do require a 50% deposit upfront with the remaining balance due after installation has been completed.

Do you offer repairs on current blinds or shades?

We don't provide repair services for existing blinds or shades. However, we'd be happy to visit your space, assess your needs, and help you choose beautiful new options that fit your style and budget.
